What types of events can I book you for?

We’re available for all types of events! Whether you're planning a wedding, birthday celebration, private party, baby or bridal shower, corporate function, golf tournament, styled shoot, or holiday gathering — we’ve got you covered. If you have something unique in mind, we’d love to hear about it!

What services do you provide?

We specialize in bartending services, complete with mocktail options for non-drinkers. We also offer a variety of add-on packages to enhance your event experience. Be sure to check them out when you submit your inquiry!

Do you allow shots?

No, we do not serve shots. Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for everyone. Trust us — our curated drink packages are crafted to keep the good times flowing, no shots required!

Do your bartenders check IDs and monitor guests?

Yes. Our bartenders are RBS certified and follow all California ABC regulations. We check the ID of anyone who appears under 30 years old. We also reserve the right to cut off service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated, and we do so with professionalism and discretion.

Can you set up at any location?

Yes! We can accommodate any private venue with ease. For public locations, special permits are required and must be provided by the client. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your location.

Do you provide the alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol as we are a dry hire bar. However, we’ll gladly help you determine the right quantity and types of alcohol to purchase based on your selected package and guest count.

Do you have a Beer Tap/Kegorator?

Not just yet — but we’re working on adding one soon! In the meantime, we’re happy to accommodate kegs provided by the client and can easily work with a borrowed portable kegerator if you have one available. 

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We carry $2 million in General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance, which includes coverage for your venue and unlimited additional insureds in most cases.

What is a Mobile Bar, and how does it work?

A mobile bar is a bar experience on wheels, designed to bring the party to you. Simply submit an inquiry, choose your package, and provide us with all the details. We’ll take care of the rest — minus the alcohol purchase, of course!

How far do you travel?

We offer complimentary travel within 40 miles. For locations beyond that, a mileage fee will apply. Let us know where your event is — we’d love to be there!

What are your parking requirements?

Our mobile bar, Millie, is 12 feet long, so we’ll need ample space to park and re-hook after the event. Please plan ahead to ensure a smooth setup and breakdown.

Is electricity required? Do you need access to power?

Electricity is preferred, but not required! Millie is fully equipped with two 100 ft. power cords and can seamlessly run off a generator if needed. We’re flexible and ready to adapt to a variety of setups to keep the drinks flowing!

Do you handle trash?

We’re unable to provide trash disposal due to limited space. Please ensure your event has an appropriate waste management plan in place.

Can you serve non-alcoholic drinks only?

Definitely! We offer customized mocktail packages based on guest count and event type. Submit an inquiry, and we’ll help create the perfect non-alcoholic experience for your event.

Can you customize the drink menu for our event?

Yes! We love creating personalized menus that match your event’s theme, preferences, or favorite spirits. Let us know what you’re envisioning, and we’ll bring it to life.

Do you provide mixers, garnishes, and bar tools?

Absolutely! All of our packages include essential mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws and disposable glassware, and professional bar tools. We’ll make sure your bar is fully stocked and ready.

How many bartenders will be at my event?

All of our packages come standard with two RBS-certified bartenders. However, the final number of bartenders will depend on your guest count and service requirements. We always ensure efficient and seamless service, and staffing details will be clearly outlined in your custom quote 

Can you create a signature cocktail for us?

Of course! We love working with clients to develop a one-of-a-kind signature drink that reflects your personality, brand, or theme.

How far in advance should I book?

To secure your preferred date, we recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance — especially during peak seasons. However, don’t hesitate to reach out for last-minute availability!

What’s required to reserve my date?

A signed service agreement and initial deposit are required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the event date.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

Millie is weather-resistant, but we do recommend having a backup plan (like a tent or covered area) for outdoor events. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can we decorate the bar to match our event?

Yes! We welcome light, non-damaging décor that matches your aesthetic. Let us know what you’re planning so we can coordinate setup details.

Do you require a minimum guest count?

Not necessarily! We accommodate events of all sizes — from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Just submit your event details and we’ll tailor a package accordingly.
